Binding legal agreement
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing the site or using any Bywork service, you declare that you:
- Have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use;
- Agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
- Will use the services in accordance with applicable law.

Bywork offers software and artificial intelligence solutions, including:
Custom automations
End-to-end process automation with AI and integrations.
Systems and websites
Custom software and sites for the client's operation.
Own AI products
ByPrice, ByProduct, ByCia, ByTalent and ByTalk, among others.
Agents and consulting
Claude Code agents, APIs and specialized AI consulting.
3. Engagement and access account
To contract certain products and services, you may need to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and, where there is an access area, create an account. In those cases, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your access credentials confidential;
- Not sharing the account with third parties (it is personal and non-transferable);
- Notifying Bywork immediately of any unauthorized use;
- Keeping your registration data accurate and up to date.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the software, agents, designs, interfaces, content and trademarks made available by Bywork are owned exclusively by the company or licensed to it.
Permitted use
- Use the services as contracted
- Share the generated results
- Integrate via official APIs
Prohibited use
- Copy code, algorithms or design
- Resell or sublicense access
- Reverse engineering or bulk data extraction
- Create derivative or competing products
5. Prohibited conduct
When using Bywork's services, you agree not to:
Illegal activities
- Any illegal or unauthorized activity
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
Inappropriate content
- Transmit unlawful or discriminatory content
- Offensive, defamatory or hateful material
- Protected content without permission
Security
- Compromise the platform's security
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Introduce malware or overload the servers
6. Limitation of liability
Bywork strives to deliver quality services, but is not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues;
- Losses arising from improper use or breach of these Terms;
- Indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity;
- Force majeure events or failures in third-party infrastructure.

7. Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). By using the services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described there.
8. Termination
Termination by Bywork
- Breach of these Terms
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of contracted services
- Compromising security
Termination by the client
- At any time, per the contract
- Through the support channels
- Respecting applicable contractual terms
9. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may change to reflect legal, technological or operational updates. The updated version will be published on this page, with the last-modified date. Continued use after the changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the LGPD, the Consumer Protection Code and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).
The courts of Uberlândia are elected to settle any disputes arising from this agreement, waiving any other, however privileged.
