Bywork is a software house from Uberlândia-MG specialized in automation, custom systems and artificial intelligence. We build our own AI products and craft solutions that take repetitive work off companies' hands.
We apply state-of-the-art AI to the way we build software: a Multi-AI method where every intelligence has a defined role and none ships alone. Claude Code implements, GPT Codex reviews and Gemini tests, under 21 specialist agents and quality gates, with the final call always human. Where it all began
Vinicius, working at a technology solutions company, introduced João Paulo to the product he ended up hiring for WebRota. The trusted partnership that would become Bywork started right there.

The reunion
Years later, the two reconnected at Noite da Inteligência Artificial, an event hosted by UberHub in Uberlândia, and decided to combine product engineering and operational vision around AI.

Bywork Tecnologia is born in Uberlândia-MG, focused on custom software, automation and artificial intelligence.

First clients and automations
First production deliveries for clients such as Thallyta Lemes Advocacia, Ponto Meu and WebRota: AI agents, OCR-powered fiscal automation, document validation and bulk data entry.

Own products and the Multi-AI Method
We launched our own AI products (ByPrice, ByProduct, ByCia, ByTalent and ByTalk) and consolidated the Multi-AI engineering environment, with Claude Code, GPT Codex and Gemini in defined roles and enterprise standard from the first commit.

Ponto Meu becomes a Bywork SaaS
Ponto Meu, the time-and-attendance system founded by João Paulo, is now built by Bywork: a full SaaS with facial recognition, geolocation and real-time reports.

Inspira Print: a partnership SaaS
A partner with years of experience in the print industry brought us a real pain from his niche. In a venture-building model, we combined his market knowledge with Bywork's engineering and built Inspira Print, print-shop management from quote to cash.
